SMS party @ Favela Chic!

A boutique festival without the mud or fairy wings, Stop Making Sense brings you all the music heritage in a stunning location with guaranteed sun.

And next Thursday, July 29th, we're bringing you another chance to sample the delights that await in Croatia a little closer to home, at Shoreditch's Favela Chic...

The live act on the night is Loose Fit, purveyors of tripped out house, disco and funk. Drawing inspiration from New York, Detroit, Cologne and Manchester, with remixes from Greg Wilson and Tom Taylor on their newly released EP, Loose Fit are primed and ready for one almighty 2010..

DJs on the night are Rob Pollinate - the man behindPollinate Records and one half of the Silky Boys - who'll be dropping the next generation of global bass beats from kwaito, cumbia, reggaeton to bashment, funky, bassline & more - plus tropical disco hero and SMS resident Madera Verde.

Be there, or be gutted you weren't...
